Apr 19, 2016 · Backed a PC down to IE 9 and remove the old settings then updated the GPO with the new proxy settings using the current ADMX. Only other option would be to delete the policy and create a new one. This was similar to the problem we had, and I was able to do it from a client rather than the server (without the need of removing IE 11)
